Step 15:

The construction of the Witch Crown parapet is identical to that of all former Black Gate parapets. Glue the Witch Crown Front, Witch Crown Back & Witch Crown Gangway templates onto 2mm cardboard and cut them out. Bend the Front and Back elements into shape along the red incision lines; don’t forget to add the 0.7cm & 0.3cm guidelines to their backsides.

Glue all Bill (small) elements, A-spikes and D-spikes in place before assembling the parapet (see also: Step 5).

Use your hobby knife to behead any Nazgûl that stands above the MDF frame.

Put some glue on top of the uppermost Nazgûl elements before gluing the completed Witch Crown gangway onto the Witch King wall.

Press the Witch Crown Front strip against the Nazgûls; this is the right position for the parapet.

Finally, use some filler to plug up any cracks between the Nazgûl elements.
Paint the miniature with texture paint and then spray it black.
You have just finished the lateral wall!
